Wiedeman is now on for Koevermans.

Now where does TFC get their goals? Not counting on Dunfield for another one.

Silva's on really good form right now. Koef going down really sucks. At least we get an early look at this Wiedeman dude.

I'm watching this on online streaming, and I have to deal with New England commentators. Awful, clueless, but they do serve up gems such as "sending big balls up top". And they think Olimpia of Honduras are an "international superpower"

Avila or Lambe could start alongside Johnson next game. Avila's best game of the year was in Salt Lake when he was playing up high.

johnson's starting to piss me off, only now am I starting to realize how luck has played in with the few good strikes on net so far. Legit the guy can't finish, has no composure and just looks to blast it instead of taking a deft touch corner finish. Ontop of that his crosses and playmaking skills haven't impressed me and the total package of whining/going down is starting to get on my nerves. Not sure why they don't put an avila type player up there to free up space for koevermans or whoever is finishing up front.

you have to keep Johnson on, he's a legitimate target. he's missed some sitters this year but i'd also disagree about his playmaking skills - he has solid footwork for a big man. he's shown us a deft touch before (goals in seattle, montreal). we just have to stomach his off moments.

Is Wiedeman supposed to be playing striker? Cause he seems to be floating around everywhere but the striker position

I have a feeling it's bad, too. Still no word yet on how bad it is yet.

We probably won't know until the match is over.
