It should be an interesting game. Question for the ES fans. Who will be out for this game (cards / injuires)
C'mon Salvies, a victory for ES is a win for everyone. DLC shouldn't do anything different from the US game cause if ES is leading after 70 minutes instead of tying the game Mexico will probably get two players sent off.
Does anyone have any idea who will be called up by aguirre for MExico. I think he will I will throw a couple names out there, Torrado, Landin, Cuatemoc Blanco, zina ( for sure ) , VIllaluz ( for sure) .
Too early to tell. Some of the obvious call ups IMO are the three goalies, Rafa Marquez, Torrado, Guardado, and Sinha.
hasnt guardado been struggling with the national team. but from what I hear he's doing great in spain and gaining confidence playing in Europe.
I wouldn't say struggling, but Honduras did do a good job defending him. Let's not forget that a lot of the offense goes through him from the sides because we don't have a good midfielder who distributes balones to the delanteros. With Guardado being one of the only offensive threats, and with our delanteros sucking, it's obvious that defenses are going to focus on him.
Manuel Salazar should be able to stop Guardado, they are the same age. Mexico and El Salvador both have strong left sides. El Salvador has Pacheco, Castillo, and Quintanilla on the left.
Castillo being the el salvadorian equivalent to guardado. I hope Castillo dances around the defense like he did against the USA, it was entertaining.
^ that's cool. Where does he play? And how old? I'm very interested in seeing what Aguirre is going to do against El Salvador.
Plays in club in El Salvador called Alianza, 24 year old, and left winger. "Cristiano" Castillo "CC17" [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2oBaTJ7me0"]YouTube - Cristian Castillo Mix[/ame] Check out Castillo 1:12 to 1:15 in the video. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqFjb5Zb3D0"]YouTube - El Salvador 5- 0 Haiti[/ame] Also their was a good video clip of him on Justin.TV but got removed where El Salvador plays against Trinidad and Castillo got the ball from a throw in at the corner of the field on Trinidad side of the field tricks the player in front of him and actually made him fall onto the ground and looked like the Trinidad player screwed up his ankle and then after that Castillo sends in a good cross.
That's funny: he won the ball just about every time when he challenged for it vs. Mexico. I counted about 4-5 succesful slide tackles.
