I think a draw would be a decent result. Of course I want the 3 points but the Scorps estan en fuego. Can we match their intensity? I think we can. but...Let's play better than Orlando did against Dayton: ( I had too. I was bored watching OC$C, and I watch any type of futbol)
I didn't get to see this game, was in the mountains without internet access for a week. All I can say is "ouch". I'm getting very concerned.
I missed the live feed as well. After seeing the score, I didn't bother to watch it later. Scorpions are just a very good team.
Which is odd because seeing them live twice and watching them in a few other games, I still have a hard time understanding how they are still on top of the table.
I am assuming that you are referring to their style of play. They are hard to watch playing at home. That artificial turf field is truly bad. I think they are a good team. Honestly, I don't see a huge difference in quality between the Scorpions and say the Strikers or even Minnesota. Campos has a nose for the goal, but honestly, defense wins championships. The Scorps and Islanders are in a class by themselves in that regard. San Antonio just doesn't lose. They manage to turn losses into draws and draws into wins. Sattler easily has the best GAA and has faced roughly half the shots that Attinella has this season. As a goalkeeper, I know that the job is so much easier when the other team can't even get a shot off. However, I think if the Rowdies can keep scoring we have a shot to make a run in the playoffs. Six games left, Saturday's match has to be a draw or a win to keep pace for a bye. If they want to be able to control their own destiny, Saturday is do or die.
