Between the 2001 and 2002 seasons when Tom Scott was with the Freedom, my coach called him to do a program with his varsity soccer players at our high school, and Tom took him up on the offer(since his base was here in New Jersey). The program was called STAR or something like that, and was about 2 and a half hours a day, 5 days of the week. Just the techniques he used to show us how to run(yes, how to run) made us so much faster. I cant even remember half of the drills we did, but whatever he did was us was awesome. The one thing I didnt like was him strutting around his Freedom fleeces and hoodies.
