Yeah, but I doubt that he has another investment (Regal) that just opened a multiplex in the heart of DC. Did anyone else that went to the tapas restaurant to meet the team take into account we were across the street from another Anschutz property (at least the theater portion)?
Would it make any sense for UP to finance as many stadium deals as possible to turn a quicker profit or is that too much to ask (and simply not feasible from a business standpoint)?
