If we win this evening, Colorado wins away at Vancouver; and Houston loses at home we would be facing a rematch in Philadelphia as #2 and #3 wild card teams exactly 1 week from tonight.

A not highly unlikely set of circumstances if you ask me.

    Food for thought..........

Philly can't be a wild card team if Houston loses. They would be one of the top 3 in the East if Houston doesn't pass them - meaning they aren't in the wild card rounds.

So assuming Houston won instead, and Columbus also passed Philly, leaving Philly 4th in the East on 48 pointes. We still couldn't play them because they would be the 2nd Wild Card (behind either Dallas or Salt Lake, who are already on 52 points).

In that scenario we are the 10 seed, since Houston is the only team we can pass (via head-to-head record on 46 points), and they need to win to even make Philly a wild card team in the first place.

So, no... even if both teams are wild card teams, it would Red Bulls @ RSL/Dallas and Colorado @ Philly or Philly @ Colorado.
