So, let us say that CJ fires Bob.

Where do we go from here? Ron Newman ain't comin' back.

Tom Rongen - The poster child of MLS coaching. I definitely don't want Thomas Rongen in Wizard blue.

Steve Sampson - He's got something to prove. He's not an awful coach. Some similarities to Gansler's situation. I really don't know what to think.

Octavio Zambrano - If the Metro fire him, do we want him? Given his LA/NY lifestyle, would he even be interested in Kansas City? He's won a bunch of games, but not when it counts.

Fernando Clavijo - He really showed no ability to manage people or egos. At least Sampson had a good couple of years before it all went south, but Fernando was shyte right from the start.

    Who else is out there?

He has too sweet of a deal at WashU.

If we're talking about (former) WashU coaches - Ty Keough?

Brian Bliss seems more like a guy who cants to score goals...not bunker, like Bob. The players like him and the players are familar with him and hes familar with their style of play. Its a good idea.

Mo would be an excellent choice for a manager. one thing I know for would happen. We wouldn't be hearing from players how they weren't prepared or focused on the match.

Does Mo even still live around here? He'd be good at persuading other Europe based player to come over (SI's). And toughen up our sometimes spiritless team.

There's always Bora Milutinovic - but wait he's even worse in his defensive bunker scheme.

Glasgow Rangers coach Dick Advocaat was just released Wednesday. He has assumed other roles with the team (director of something-er-other) but maybe he would be looking to move on by early next year. Maybe he'd like some time states side to start again?

I wouldn't be opposed to a top MFL coach landing here either. It would probably turn out more of the Latino community to check out his wares and who knows if it could help lure in a quality SI midfielder that could replace Preki when he moves on or if Igor or Gomez couldn't fill the roll of distributor.

Sorry but I believe Advocaat is coaching Holland.
Bliss would be a good coach to have, it seems Columbus wouldn't mind having him go back there and coach.

Columbus is crazy about Bliss. I believe that one of the Portugese national team goal keeping coaches is coaching for an A-league team. I wonder what he is doing? Or if he is any good?

Wait, here's an idea. Gansler to continue his job next year minus games every third day for a month and minus three different competitions. He isn't going anywhere.

Yes he does. He definitly can't go back to Glascow. He's a fiery guy, but that can work against you as a coach as well.

Ugh. I could deal with the fact that Mo played for Rangers, because Rangers fans hated him. Luckily Richard Gough didn't last long either. I don't think I could deal with a Rangers coach.

I'd prefer we resurrect Jock Stein, and hire him. I can guarantee there would be no defensive tactics from him. :D

Sorry Ben in order to become the manager you need atleast 3 years of Champman experiance. So we have decided to hire Spoon instead for his resume is alot better. Any manager that can get Halifax into D1 after 3 years is a real solid coach.

I think we'll need to test ourselves on the upcoming CM4. Managing your finances will be tougher, and there are rumors that MLS will operate with a system closer to real life, although I don't know if they are going to make NY, CHI, DC, and LA the teams that get all of the league favors or not.

I think Mo really held things together on the team in 2000 but was not as effective in 2001 when other egos got in the way. He would be a great assistant but I think Brian Bliss would handle the everyday chores of coaching better. He is well respected among the team. I love seeing Brian in their practices because he will always gets out to play with the team in the scrimmages. Any chance we could get Mo in GM?
