    Depor responded with a value of 15 million after the 6 mil + baros attempt of pool's, and although he had a great game against newcastle, the fact he cant play in european competition for any other team until february might affect that number a little.

    15million is on the range of other players like Paulo Ferreira 20m

    I was looking around on bigsoccer and there was a thread about posting the players who had so much expected formyt hem and failed to live up like Paul gascoigne for example or dani. A british person posted Ricardo rocha as one. Was he expected to be that good. I could expect a Portuguese poster to answer a Portuguese player but for a british poster he must have had huge expectations/.

    this guy has time to devolop and he is highly ranked in my book mos def but for a british poster to say that is kind words but he wont fail cause he plays in a position that can only improve him .

    Dynamo Moscow lose again. It's almost funny now. Unbelievable, the owner spent 100 million on players and this is what he gets :eek:. He should have spent some of that on scouting :p

    Futebol/Brasil: Dominguez deixa o Vasco da Gama O português José Dominguez que estava ao serviço do Vasco da Gama, do Brasil, desde Fevereiro deste ano, não viu o seu contrato ser renovado e foi incluído numa lista de dez jogadores a dispensar. Dominguez não foi muito feliz nesta sua passagem pelo futebol brasileiro, tendo passado largos períodos lesionado.

    He should come back to Portugal...he has been to England, Germany, Quatar and Brazil...the world tour is over...

    This is a player that would be great for the MLS...still young..good technically with a bit of style...

    We have to send Lalas an email and tell him to take a look at this player. We just need to see if they can take another foreigner...

    he can, his got one more foreigner spot after Aug 15,
    he can also get rid of Galvan Rey, he can keep Guevara and Djorkaeff, he basically got no choice on the latest one
    stupid Sakie going after a frenchmen when he needed fans in the stadium, I hear that a lot portuguese were at the Chelsea vs AC Milan, didn't matter the $40 and $80 dollar tickets

    I was upset when the MLS let a player like Ricardo Nascimento go to South Korea for 300 thousand euros, his leading the league in assists

    Sergio Galvan Rey's contract is guaranteed, he can't be waived, else he would have been gone this past off-season. Guevara and Djorkaeff are going nowhere and rightfully so.

    Too bad he wasn't released last week, you could have shouted his name to Alexi Lalas (he was standing behind the 101 goal for much of the match).

    What position does he play?

    His a little playmaker, he was the one the scored a goal against the Metrostars, in the early years of the MLS
    Sporting -1-Metrostars-1, he also got red card in the game, his a midget but can go by everybody, just like the new kid at Sporting Moutinho

    his not looking for a lot money, he already made the big deal of his life , I believe he went to play for Vasco da Gama, a six month contract, just to help the club, or something like $30.000 dollars

    He was a very good technical midfielder but I don't know how good he is now since I haven't seen him play for a while. He has had injury problems in Brazil and is 31 now but was once very solid.
