I think he's getting a bad rap from Tottenham. He lost one of the ten or so best players in the world and replaced them at the last moment, trying to get them to play in his style. It was doomed from the start this season. When Townsend went on his little run in the early season it disguised it, but the team has played poor. Soldado doesn't finish, Lennon isn't an AVB winger (hulk, bale).
He'll bounce back. Maybe Benfica will give him a shot?

It would be nice to see AVB have success in Russia. He just bounces around check to check. It would be nice to see as many portuguese as possible win abroad.

He was apparently the odds on favourite to be sacked first. Drew with Sevilla away with a man down late in the game and beat Malaga 3-0 today though Malaga did have a player sent of after '29 at 0-0.

So far these are champions :
    José Mourinho, England

    André Villas-Boas, Russia
    Paulo Sousa, Switzerland

Pedro Caixinha reached the semi-finals in the play-offs in Mexico, still with a chance.

Andre Villas Boas will be leaving Zenit. Says He wants Portugal return. He should expect a major cut in salary.

Who would he coach? I'd hate to see him go to Benfica or Sporting.
