Nike not giving us green shorts yet again! What a huge letdown! Green shorts would have complimented that slick red Jersey so much more and of course... make us look like Portugal...

The kit has to be green shorts. Hey presented it as having green shorts.

This is not the first time they have done this. If i recall correctly, the Euro 08 away kit had red shorts when presented but went with white by the time the tournament started.

Not sure why they used the red shorts. I was surprised when i saw it.

That being said ,i think we will see green shorts. They are available for sale all over the internet on all major suppliers. Cant imagine that would be the case if it was possible they didnt use them on the pitch.

Im not a huge fan of the away kit. But the classic red shirt and green shorts look great.

The kits are nice, but would prefer if the away was blue/white like the flag of the Kingdom of Portugal.

the home kit looks good with the green shorts, the gold numbers also look sharp.
Portugal wearing all red kids just makes us look like a generic european side such as Switzerland etc.

This home is flat out the best Portugal kit I've ever seen. Classic style shirt with minimal experimentation, great shades of red and green, Gold numbers that really stand out and bring the flag colours concept together and to top it all off...2 Champions patches. The only thing that would make this kit better is a gold star above the crest.

The 2000 and 2004 home kits are still my all time favorites. This year kit is a beauty though. Very sharp.

2000 was good but the maroon was too dark. 2004 the collar was a little weird and the total 90 circle ruined the kit.

That is the kit I saw Portugal play in the 1992 US cup against Ireland in Foxboro Massachusetts. Only game I have ever seen Portugal play live in. They lost 2-0 to Ireland. Portugal did terrible in that mini "tournament".

Yeah that one didn't seem to be around for long. It was the last year (1994) with adidas before going to Olympic.

Yeah I love how NOT "busy" the shirt looks. I wish Nike would stick to this style more often.
