So I guess Di Maria was the mole. Would also explain how the "you've played like shit since your contract renewal" exchange got out. Man, some people must feel silly now.
NSA is that you??? I wonder what team will buy him 'very soon' seeing as PSG can't buy unless they sell someone for big money which will require alot of negotiating in itself. DiMaria's wife really needs to work harder
Iker's performances leave me with no confidence at all. I don't see a way in hell he's the starter when the season starts because, simply, we can't get off to a bad start. Navas is here to start. So why keep him on for another season and continue the "will he start?" drama before every game? Just rip off the band-aid and get this done with and over. We all know who's coming next season anyway.
She came to his defense on instagram, saying that he never wanted to leave. 495640833245609984 is not a valid tweet id
So we're about 1 day away from having ALL our players available for training. And still Khedira & Di Maria are RM players. What's going on with this? I think it's clear ADM will be leaving - Sold Di Maria - €75 million Diego Lopez - Free? Signed Falcao - €40 million (just a guess on what he's worth) Navas - €10 million That leaves us with Khedira who is positioned to leave next year on a free from RM. I think he is the only question mark left. GK Casillas Navas Defense Arbeloa Carvajal Pepe Varane Ramos Nacho Coentrao Marcelo Midfield Modric Illarra Xabi Kroos Isco Khedira? Attackers/Strikers Ronaldo Benzema Bale Jese James Falcao? That's 21 players, 22 if Falcao comes & 21 players if Falcao comes but Khedira leaves. I think we should keep Khedira but get him to sign a new contact. Besides that what's left to do? Sign a 3rd keeper? Promote a youth player? IF Khedira leaves we will be lacking midfield depth once again, we need to pay attention to this!
ADM's wife thinks Benz is a great striker and invited him to join them at PSG.... from what I understand she's made some comments about not being happy in Spain, I think it was Twitter but personally I haven't seen the alleged tweets....
Cadena SER saying Falcao is simply not an objective for Madrid is a pretty large blow to that rumor. At least large enough that I wouldn't include it as the sole incoming transfer prediction.
Diego Rueda @diegonoticia · 44m Es real, Falcao está a un paso de ser nuevo jugador del Real Madrid Translation: It's real, Falcao is one step away from being a new Real Madrid player. Don't know how reliable this guy is so take it with a grain of salt. Edit: More news from twitter: WBEIMAR MUÑOZ @wbeimarlodice · 55m Periodista madrileño asegura que hoy se cerró la transferencia de FALCAO GARCÍA para el Real Madrid. Agrega que se desconocen las cifras. Translation: A journalist from Madrid today ensures that the transfer of Falcao to Real Madrid is done. The fee is still unknown. steven arce @stevenarce · 12m Ayer a la media noche Florentino Perez habría dado el ok despues de hablar con la junta, del fichaje de Falcao Garcia. Translation: Last night Florentino Perez gave the ok to sign Falcao after talking with the board.
One plausible explanation might be its being delayed to soften the blow back of a pending departure..... We saw Ozil close out the transfer window last time, we might see something similar this time but with a feel good signing to soften it.
I'm really hoping that this is the case. I would like nothing more than to see Falcao terrorizing Barca's defense next season.
Wasn't DiMaria's wife his agent at one point? I could have sworn I heard she was the one who got him signing those extensions, well at last the 1st one then Mendes came in the picture. Sadly, I don't think the fans will care as much as they did for Ozil. RM might as well announce Falcao as soon as they can so he can get started with the group.
Losing Di Maria would hurt more than losing Casillas to be honest. With Iker, you get the feeling that its time to move on. Di Maria, he's in his prime and could still be a crucial piece if he stayed
I really hope Khedira stays at this point. IMO he's the type of player we need to complement Modric, Kroos, and James in the midfield if we're going to play with a diamond or a false nine. He's not the flashiest of players, but he'll help us find the all-important right balance.
For some reason, unless Carlo pleasantly surprises me, I think Isco will leave. The Spanish National team is rebuilding at this point and he is going to need a lot of minutes/starting position to get chosen by Del Bosque. Marca had an article about Omar Mascarell a couple of days ago saying Ancelotti was impressed by him and may give him minutes this season. I don't know if he plays a Khedira role though.
Perhaps, but the same thing as the other young ones. Right now, there's few time for them, but in 2/3 years they'll without doubt key players in this team. Jesé is 21, Isco is 22. I've read that, let's see.
