Wow. Did you even read the article? The tests were run on women with pre-existing levels of PCBs. Polychlorinated biphenyls were used in the electrical industry and eventually phased out due to health concerns. PCBs are stored in animal fat. Eat enough fatty contaminated animals (or drink enough contaminated water) and you will begin to store PCBs.
