Strasbourg, Ajaccio and Metz will be the ones going down. No one besides Ajaccio's fans wants them to survive. Same goes for Metz as well. Some people seem to have a soft spot for Strasbourg but I think they are getting what they deserve.
The allmighty Storks are taking flight ! Still 7 games to play, and Troyes is only 3 points ahead ! No mercy, no surrender ! (oh boy, american sports fans don't wknow what they miss with their cowardly no-relegation leagues. It's even more thrilling than playing for the title.)
on further inspection, i should have given strasbourg a chance (i hadn't realized they'd clobbered Sainté this weekend). still, Troyes has an easier schedule left, taking out common opponents. the only match they really can't win on paper is Lyon, and Strasbourg has to play Lille, and go to Marseille and Sochaux. winning in Bonal is not easy.
Thanks to Rennes ! Ok : Troyes is now 2 points ahead. We'll have to exterminate them, while stomping on Metz fingers, to prevent them from climbing up. Nothing matters but survival.
