also waste of money for the season award hard working player but not good enough award most frustrating player award player you would most like spurs to have award most annoying player award craziest player award
Waste of Money? waste of time, Beast, Aliadere Flamini Hleb Song Senderos Beast, Lehmann. Pretty obvious.
Waste of money for the season award: Not Baptista, we apparently havent paid for him yet , so ill say Henry. He is paid alot but didnt play many games due to injury, so we technically didnt get value for money there. PS flame on . Hard working player but not good enough award: Flamini would be the obvious one, so ill put him down for me too. Most frustrating player award: Hleb and his overpossessing. Player you would most like spurs to have award: Aliathingy, who will go on to become the Spuds highest ever goalscorer, proving that to be a Tots legend you have to be an average Arsenal player. Most annoying player award: Eboué and his nonsense with diving and whinging really irked alot of Gunner fans this year, and im no exception. Craziest player award: Mad Jens and his timewasting antics that got him out of the Carling Cup .
waste of money for the season award - Rosicky. Even at 7 million hard working player but not good enough award - Flamini most frustrating player award - Walcott player you would most like spurs to have award/flat out worst player - Ali most annoying player award - Eboue craziest player award - Lehmann
Waste of Money Award: Theo Walcott Hard Working Player But Not Good Enough Award: Emmanuel Adebayor Most Frustrating Player Award Aliaksandr Hleb Craziest Player Award Jens Lehmann
Worst Player - Julio Baptista. By a country mile. Waste of money for the season award - William Gallas. I know he's been injured, but he's been poor when he's been in the team. Hopefully he can rediscover his best form next season. Hard working player but not good enough award - Mathieu Flamini. Never going to be a first choice, but gives 110% whenever called upon. Good luck to him wherever he ends up. Most frustrating player award - Aleksandr Hleb. I'm sure I've been over this enough. Look on the thread devoted to this if you really want to hear my opinion. Player you would most like spurs to have award - Emmanuel Eboue. Let him roll around the White Hart Lane pitch. Thinks he's all that, but can't defend and plays like a girl. I have no idea how Justin Hoyte isn't picked ahead of this idiot. Most annoying player award - Hleb again. Isn't this the same thing as frustrating? Craziest player award - Jens Lehmann. Way out on his own in this category. I wouldn't mind so much if it didn't cost us points.
how anyone can say theo walcott was a waste of money is completely beyond me. i find it laughable. u should be ashamed
Stupid rep system. I don't understand how people can vote for a kid in his first full season of Premiership football, and a player who has been probably our outstanding winger this season as "worst player of the year". For those "fans" who don't know who I'm talking about, I'm referring to Walcott and Rosicky.
Agreed. Rosicky the biggest waste of money? He deserves at least honorable mention as one of our top players this year. Anyone who doesn't vote for Aliadiere or Baptista hasn't watched enough Arsenal matches. For me its Aliadiere by a mile because the only time he showed anything was against second rate Carling Cup squads. At least Baptista scored a couple of league goals.
I know everyone is entitled to their opinions but the downright criticism of the team and individuals makes me question about people's support for the club. OK, you may not like how someone plays or they may of not been able to keep up with the pace of the premier league but the vitriol that is coming out of some peoples mouths about a team they support is beyond belief.
How the hell is Walcott being included on this list? That is beyond belief for me; were you expecting him to be as proficient as Henry when he is only 18? I find it absurd people are saying he's a waste of money. And Rosicky, the guy played excellent whee he wasn't injured. The answer for me is Baptista by a mile.
The point he's making is that people have said Walcott has been mentioned under one of the categories by different members.
So we're not allowed to criticise anyone now? This is nothing compared to the abuse that the likes of Hleb and Baptista are getting from everyone who sits around me at every home game.
Everyone is allowed to criticize whomever they want but if your criticisms are dumb then you should expect to be ridiculed for them. Criticizing a 17 year old as a waste of money is a dumb criticism. Criticizing one of our best performing players as a waste of money is a dumb criticism. NOTE: I'm not suggesting that you said those things but they have been said.
Exactly. Walcott probably has about 15 years of football left in him. not neccessarily for us, but even so. and if he goes on to be a gunners legend, the fact he was even mentioned in this thread will look so stupid. Give him a chance!! And as for Rosicky, it is so stupid to critiscise(sp?) him. He adapted better than Hleb did last year. He has scored 6 in 37 games this season. Even Bobby Pires only scored 8 in 51 in his first year. He'll be excellent next year, I'm certain. By the way, this is a horrible thread. The only critisism i enjoy giving to Arsenal players is when i give it to Baptist!! Because: a) he's not our player officially anyway b) he really is cack
