Poet Gooner's Covid-19 Football Manager Draft

The Draft rules are the following:

1. Normal Snake draft, as per usual.
2. The talent pool is the FM20 database, which you can see here. The website has every player in the game, so you can do your research there. It has three pieces of information you need to judge every player: Attributes, Traits, and Positions. Most of the attributes are self-explanatory, but if you need further explanation, you can find them here. If you want to dig further into the combination of the attributes for each action, you can find the information here. I would argue it is not a necessary read though as any football fan with half a brain knows that in a passing action the player needs a combination of passing, technique, decision, and vision.
3. Each team drafts a total of 18 players, with a minimum of two GKs.
   
4. Staying on the theme of Covid-19, each player you picked is considered "infected". All their club teammates are considered under quarantine from you and may not be picked. This will force you to pick a player from a different club in each of the 18 round.

Gameplay rules:

1. I will set up a league tournament.
2. The in-game fixtures will be posted in a separate thread, as well as the real-life schedule for when I will simulate the matches.
   
3. Each manager must submit their tactic and lineup via PM to me at least 12 hours before the scheduled match time.
4. Failure to submit your tactic will result in me using the tactic you submitted for your very first game, as I will consider that the "default". Failure to submit your tactic for the first game will result in me intentionally ruining your game with strikers playing in goal and such, as there's no 3-0 DQ button in the game.
5. I simulate the matches and post the results in the match thread. Match highlights are uploaded onto Youtube.

Further Notes

1. As judging the same players can get old (and people even drafting strategically knowing how some players are viewed generally in the forum) this takes it all away and apply a uniform rating that is the same for every drafter.
2. The Voting process is usually slow and tedious, so playing out the game on an actual game engine is a nice change of pace.
3. Being able to submit your own tactics is also an additional layer of gameplay.
4. The bigger squad will allow players who will usually never be drafted to be picked. Specialist players like Giroud or Inaki Williams can be very useful if correctly utilized in the FM20 match engine.
5. FM20 is not perfect so there will be errors that may cause frustration, but at least it's a different kind of frustration
6. I understand that this draft may favour people who have played the game before, which is why I'm imposing very severe limits on tactical customization as more options favour experienced players.
7. This draft will require an active player base as it'll unfold over a much longer period of time.
8. This thread is for signup, drafting, and discussion only. A separate match thread will be set up, and only I am allowed to post there.
