Such a poor goal to concede in stoppage time against 10 men. Either way, it will be an interesting tie. The Racecourse pitch did not exactly look in tip-top shape despite all the Hollywood investment in the club, while Bramall Lane has seen its share of giant killings.
Totally agree but I'm hopeful that the second half of the season goes the same was as each individual match i.e, poor first, decent second.
Wrexham will be kicking themselves: not only did they concede against 10 men in stoppage time in the first game, they had a chance to go ahead in the 71st minute when they were awarded a second penalty but Paul Mullin blew it and then a defensive blunder handed United the winning goal in the 94th minute.
For sure. I'd've much preferred them to United. But at least the remainder of the competition won't be clouded by the constant droning on about Wrexham's ownership.
