The att, was 7,414 they play at Keepmoat Stadium which holds 15,231, so it was approx. half full. Doncaster's average att. is 5,435, so they actually had 2,000 more than their average crowd.
There might have been circumstances for not a larger crowd as you said it was on Sky tv in the Uk, it was also Mother's Day in the UK and it was a nice sunny warm day and in the UK everyone heads for the beach if the sun shines.

    ALMOST THERE.

After that wonderful win at Doncaster, Argyle threw there champions idea out the window, by playing terrible and losing at home to Accrington 1-0 while Doncaster were winning 5-1 away at Grimsby.
So we come today's game away to Crawley, Argyle made 3 changes and started off really well for about 20 mins, then Crawley scored a goal and Argyle played as if the season was over, no idea what to do, kick the ball to a lone forward, even though Crawley were not doing much themselves, HT Argyle down 1-0. Argyle made one change at HT bringing on loanee Tanner for Miller, but nothing working, on 55 mins Argyle made a 2nd change bringing on loanee Garita for loanee Kennedy who since his first 3 games when he scored 3 goals has looked very poor. This gave Argyle 2 big men up front taking off pressure for Taylor who had been upfront by himself, Argyle started to assert themselves a bit more and Taylor with a bit more time was able to pass to Sarcevic who as he deaked into the penalty area was brought down and Argyle were awarded a penalty, which Carey plonked into the back of the net,1-1.
Argyle pressed but could not break down the Crawley defence, but in the 79th min Argyle got a break when Crawley leading goalscorer was sent off for a 2nd yellow, Argyle kept pushing but not getting anywhere so in the 86th min Argyle made their 3rd change bringing on Jervis for the loanee Tanner who had come on earlier as a sub. Now Argyle had 3 big men up front, a extra 5 mins was added on and in the 93rd min Fox slipped the ball to Taylor who put into the back of the net and Argyle won 2-1.
So what does this mean well with the combination of Doncaster's win they are guaranteed promotion, Argyle's win we are guaranteed the playoffs, Portsmouth also won so they are still 3rd 4 points behind Argyle and Argyle are 12 points ahead of the 4th place team with 5 games to go.
Next game is away to Portsmouth on Good Friday at 2:30 pm UK time, this game is being televised so we should be able to get a stream for it. Argyle need 4 points to guarantee promotion from there last 5 games

Oh yes Argyle's win today was there 13th away win out of 20 games this is a Argyle record and they still have 3 games to go.

Newport is in second-to-last and will be desperate to avoid being relegated out of the Football League. Newport is lucky that League Two relegates only 2 clubs. All the other nationwide leagues relegate at least 3 clubs.

3 games to go and 1st 2nd 3rd are all still up for grabs

    1. Doncaster lost at home today 1-0 and had a player sent off

    2. Argyle won 6-1, played a very different formation today, but with basically the same players, only change was Sokolic in for injured Bradley. Instead of the usual one up front played with 2 sometimes 3 up front also allowing Carey Fox and Sarcovic more space in midfield.

    3. Portsmouth won 3-1 away.

    Remaining fixtures

    1 Doncaster - Wycombe (a) 13th, Exeter (h) 6th, Hartlepool (a) 22nd.

    2. Argyle - Colchester (a) 10th, Crewe (h) 19th, Grimsby (a) 14th.

    3. Portsmouth - Cambridge (h) 9th, Mansfield (a) 12th, Cheltenham (h) 21st

To note All the teams that currently 4th - 14th are still fighting to get into the playoff spots.

Luton who are 4th should qualify, they have the easiest last 3 games, there is only 3 points difference between 6th place and 13th.

I dont care whether we finish 1st or 3rd WE ARE GOING UP.

Winning the league is nice, but League Two has 3 automatic promotion spots, and the top three are all far enough ahead of fourth that they clinched promotion.

Yes we know but with Doncaster losing 2 and drawing 1 in their last 3 games it gave Argyle and Portsmouth a chance to get closer, Argyle have 2 draws and a win and Portsmouth with 2 wins and a draw.
It is most likely that Doncaster will be champs but their is still a chance that the other 2 could do it.

So this season is over and the preps begin for next season. First order of business is who goes and who stays, and so only a few days after the season ended, Mr. Adams released his players list.
    Confirmed Squad List

    Luke McCormick.
    Nathan Blissett.
    Ryan Taylor.
    Gary Sawyer.
    Antoni Sarcevic.
    Sonny Bradley.
    David Fox.
    Jake Jervis.
    Gary Miller.
    Jakub Sokolik.
    Yann Songo'o.
    Oscar Threlkeld.

Contracts offered to Graham Carey and Marc McCallum.
Apprentices offered professional contract: Jordan Bentley, Alex Fletcher and Callum Rose.

    Released:
    Ryan Brunt.
    Nauris Bulvitis.
    Jack Calver.
    Ryan Donaldson.
    Vincent Dorel.
    David Ijaha.
    Ryan Lane.
    Billy Palfrey.
    Louis Rooney.
    Jordan Slew.
    Connor Smith.
    Jimmy Spencer.
    Ben Steer.

They have also arranged the following pre-season games so far

Pre-season friendly games announced so far

    Saturday 8th July - away to Plymouth Parkway, kick-off 1.00pm. £10 adults, £5 children/over 65 including fan fest.

Saturday 8th July - away to Saltash United, kick-off 3.30pm.

Tuesday 11th July - away to Tiverton Town, kick-off 7.30pm. Tom Gardner testimonial.

Wednesday 12th July - away to Buckland Athletic.

Saturday 15th July - away to Weston Super Mare, kick-off 3pm.

Tuesday 18th July - away to Torquay United, kick-off 7.30pm.

    Thursday 20th July under 18s - away to Willand Rovers, kick-off 7.30pm.

Friday 21st July – home to Cardiff City, kick-off 7pm.

Sunday 23rd July to Saturday 29th July– training camp in Delden, Netherlands.
Tuesday 25th July - FC Emmen.
Friday 28th July - FC Twente XI.

There will probably be a few more added. The Div 1 season begins Saturday 5th August 2017

So Argyle will start with 15 players and the possibility that Carey and McCallum return, the chances that Carey returns is pretty remote, he is probably one of the best players outside the Championship, and many clubs could offer him a much better salary than Argyle can, he is 28 so he does'nt have many years left in his career, he could probably be offered up to 10,000 pounds a week whereas i doubt Argyle would offer more than 5K.

Most player contracts usually dont run out until the end of June, so even those players who have been released will still get paid until then, it gives them a chance to shop around to look for another club. It also means no player can officially sign until July 1st as long as they are under contract with another club, but quite often players are signed before July 1st, they just cannot be officially registered till July 1.
It is understood that Mr Adams was at atleast 3 games this past week doing some scouting and i'm sure the rest of the mangement team and scouts were at games as well
