Somehow, possibly with divine intervention, Penn State has won the Big 10 tournament and the attendant automatic NCAA Tournament slot. IU's ticket was already punched of course, but PSU was very much on the butt end of the bubble. Milwaukee Wisconsin won the Horizon Conference final over Cleveland State. Akron is in from the MAC. UC lost to St Louis in the C-USA final. OSU and UC have outside shots at at-large bids, but it's not looking good. Thanks Bill...I was at the IU game Friday night and the 2nd half of the win over Michigan today. They looked really impressive in both wins. Had a couple chances to beat the Hoosiers in regulation. There hasn't been a question of talent, just getting it all to come together, and maybe it happend at the right point. Oh, and our women are going to the quarters after being Maryland @ College Park 2-1 today.
