OK, a silly thing to wonder about, but here goes. How do you say the following names? 1. Convey. Most people say 'Con-vee', but I could swear he said 'Con-vay' in some ad for MLS a couple of years ago. 2. Gros. Is it 'Gross' or is it 'Groh'? 3. Ara. Is it 'Ah-rah' or 'Arrah'? Finally, 4. Adu. Is it 'Ado' as most people say it? Didn't I just see some bit on TV where he said 'A-do'? ('A' as in 'hay')

I saw that ad too, definatetly said A doo, not Ahdoo. Might be one of those situations where the media has renamed him, and its more trouble than its worth to get it right. Agoos is a good example. Heard him on the radio a couple years back say that the correct pronunciation of his last name is more like Agis, as in Sin City, and not A goose.
Actually, I believe that Bobby wants to be "Con-vay" now, but he definitely was called "Con-vee" in the past. -Digital
I wan't to call him Ay-dough, like Ado Annie from the musical Oklahoma. I'm sure the Barra and the Eagles could come up with a good play on that song, "I'm Just A Girl Who Cain't Say No." It goes something like this: I'm just a girl who cain't say no I'm in a terrible fix I always say, "Come on let's go," Just when I ought to say, "Nix."
