A question (and my apologies is this is already answered elsewhere but I didn't see it): When a player is loaned out from or in to an MLS team from another league, who pays his salary and how does that affect the salary cap of the MLS team? Thanks.
I don't have an answer for you Kingston, at least on the cap part. I was wondering about this with respect to the Miami fiasco and whether loaning Pellegrini to another MLS team could be a way out of their four DP predicament.
