I've only been to one and that was at San Jose last year for the Open Cup QF. It was fun and the experience overall went smoothly. I tentatively plan to trek to Colorado or even Chicago this season. Who else has followed LA to other cities for a game? Did things go according to plan? How was your experience overall? How were the home fans? And most important: did you find a good pub/bar nearby?
i've never travelled to see the Gs play, but now that i'm in pittsburgh i plan on at least going to the MLS opener at Columbus. should be fun, though i might be travelling with a DC fan.
