It was a weird tournament, due to financial and organizational crisis, 32 clubs were separated into 2 Modules: * Green Module = Copa Uniao (16 most recognized clubs) * Yellow Module = Copa Brazil (16 remaining better clubs) For the title, the better 2 clubs from each Module, must had played a Quadrangular, but Green Module finalists, abdicated giving a WO to Yellow Module finalist clubs, whom were declared champion and vice-champion.
