Well, if it's anything like last year, you had to be 14 or under to get one. I was pretty pissed, as I drove down from NY and they wouldn't let me have a Mitts one. What really pissed me off is that someone had something like TWENTY on ebay after that and another guy had TEN. I still get mad when I think of that. grrrrrrrrrr...
