demko would be a good coach but as the #2 assistant...i guess that would mean youd like to see John Natale bumped up to the #1 assistant...i dunno ive always seen the #1 assistant as a defensive coordinator...would demko fit that mold, would natale, could 2 young assistants command any respect with kirk? id like to see doris but i dunno if we can woo her from the DFB, thats a BIG job. I hope it is demko then, shes too good of a soccer mind to just let go into the realm of dilbertville.
I can only mention names I am acquainted with, hence Fitschen and Demko. I'm sure there are dozens of people I don't even know about. I'd be willing to bet the coach would be female. I know the German U-19 coach is female. So it might be some one like her. Ask Pia to recommend some one!!
