Hi everyone, here is a link to photo's from the game, I have seen that there have been a few reports going around so I don't need to do that. One thing though I will say that I and all of the others out there were really surprised at was Pennants attitude. It was completly different to previous seasons. He was really trying out there with both the game and trying to win us fans back. I am pleased to say he has succeded. Pat Rice said he has seemed to of got his life under control again and so we could now have another good attacking winger. Our new keeper also looked very good. Although he doesn't yet speak English, I think (I can hear Phishy cheering now.........) he could really give Jens a run for his money. Wenger kept one of the Spanish speakers on the field at all times so that he could communicate and he did shout a lot. We were very impressed. Unfortunatly Lupoli pulled a hamstring on Thursday morning, so didn't feature which was a pity, same as Cygan who was also injured. Cesc was by far the best of the youngsters, he looked so much older than he is. He almost looked Vieiraesque........... I am unfortunatly missing tomorrows game, but will be receiving updates and any info so will post it here when I know. I will be going to Wednesday's game so will put more photo's and news up when I have it. For the meantime enjoy the photo's and sorry that I (or friends) are actually in the ones with the players!!!!!! wow Rick, you and AW look very serious in that photo also the Mirror reported that a Maribor player made a bad two-footed lunge at DB10, who avoided any injury but the Maribor player got hurt. Do you recall this happening? Judy looks unhappy, she didn't like the potica bread???
Yes, the photo was taken after we had been talking and id asked him about Vieira. He was also concerned as it was a couple of minutes after Gary Lewin had told him that Lupoli had pulled his hamstring..... The player was stretcherd off, he was limping in the bar after the game but seemed ok. Dennis just jumped out of the way and then gave him a death stare!! It happened in the 75th Minute and the Maribor player, Franci, got a booking for his trouble!! I think I caught Judy in a bad moment!! The middle of the match was a bit boring and they had just told us they weren't going to give us any more beer (I think they were worried there wouldn't be any left for after the game the rate it was going!!)

No, I suddenly became fluent in Slovenian......... She speaks English, Slovenian, Croatian, German, French, Spanish and Italian. She works as a photographer and Translater and was helping one of the English media guys out there. Surprisingly she is also a Model.........I have her e-mail address and she is doing a shoot in London in October..... But I have a girlfriend......... Oh well!!
