Let's hope that the carnival party will be followed by the first win ever against Hoppenheim.

Cool pictures, Borussia. I especially like the first one where you can see the fans in the background. Thanks for posting.

Very interesting to see "BRUNS " exactly celebrating its teams 2nd goal in the same manner as a Player back in the day for the FOHLS, those of you who are old enough will notice the same pose...both arms raised to the air with fingers pointed out...what can i say i still love the guy:D

Some impressions from Dortmund (around 8,000-10,000 BMG fans among the 80,000 crowd):

What is the last scene all about. I can read the signs ok, but I don't understand what they are complaining about....

Not sure, but I think the so-called "Ultras" complained about diverse "fan restrictions".

Makes u think and feel bad when u see so few wolfsburg fans and compare them to us, Having such a huge fan base..so loyal and so supportive..not many teams in the world have that luxury...Hence our squad plays with no heart and intensity!
Gladbach fans remind me of Persepolis fans in iran, for a mid week game they pack 20-30,000 in support of persepolis ! But that club gives back so much in return to its fans....not so much like our current squad in gladbach

Naz, it's not fair to accuse our guys of not having heart & passion just because we disappointed in the last 2 games. Of course we're all mad right now, but let's not forget that we saw many good games from our team this season...

And don't forget how bad Wolfsburg had been this season (worst champion of the Bundesliga ever despite the money they get from VW)! And be aware of the fact that clubs like Wolfsburg, Leverkusen & Hoffenheim don't need many fans when having the luxury of receiving millions from their big sponsors (which are quasi their owners) VW, Bayer and SAP (Hopp).

About their fans: Of course I know that they don't have any (resp. have very few) support outside their city/region and that the city of Wolfsburg is just as big as my city Fürth (slightly above 100,000, what's not even half the population of another rather small city named Mönchengladbach) ... nevertheless, it's embarrassing travelling to Borussia-Park with just 250 fans on a Saturday afternoon as the current German champion! That's why I don't envy them and why I am proud to be a BMG supporter (despite not having the "pleasure" to enjoy championships bought with big money)...

Didn't Bayern finish 10th once after winning the previous year?? And I though someone got relegated after winning. I'll have to look this up.

Looked up: Der Club got relegated in 1969, the year after winning the BL. Bayer did finish in 10th in 1975 after winning the season before. Guess I really *do* have a trivial mind.....

That team which got relegated as champs, was Nuremberg (1968). ;) I rather referred to the younger BL history, though.

    Uwe

I understand what your saying, yes generally speaking we are playing better..specially compared to the past few seasons..but explain this to me please

Prof players should not make similar mistakes so many times..in back to back games! The fact that our wings, cnetral D and Mid field..constantly get beat in the same areas of the game..and make the identical tactical mistakes in marking their direct player..and cant keep up with the speed due to that...pisses me off...its not so much losing the result that am mad about..its how we lose it, and how cant the coaching staff clear-up the this mess? And why do we need so many chances up front..to score a single goal? there should be a difference btwn u and me and a player thats making thousands of euros each season?
