I cut school for at least 2 phillies games every year. I'm just to smart to do what that kid did...get caught
When I was going to Southern, not only did we cut school for daytime Phils games, we would also cut school for Stars practices at JFK Stadium (I was a 1984 Southern grad). The Stars were always cool to us. Marion Campbell would always have us thrown out of the Eagles practices. We'd hide in the press box until practice started, then move down to the seats. I still have my "PhillyPhan" attitude and it still comes out in my support for teams here in Europe. Especially my favorite here, Borussia Dortmund. And naturally, none of the fans over here understand my attitude! They think I truly hate the club or something. I tell them they need to look up "PhillyPhan" at Google and then they might understand! LOL!!
