Peter really talked up the Bridgeview site for a Fire house, and to hear him tell it, it really sounds like the best option.
    Hope he's right.

Another thing he talked about was DMB's Euro future, he says he hopes he can go supports that move, but he doesn't know if it will be next month or next year or in five years. Wow, wouldn't he know if it was going to be next month?!

Unfortunately I missed the first part of Peter's interview (the wife had to finish her email replies) but I did hear him say before they went to Naperville they fully expected to play at comiskey during sf renovation but reinsdorf nixed it. He did say Hanover park site could be like frisco in texas and that it could be part of a hanover park new town hall. He said the bridgeview was reachable by public transportation although how convienent I wonder.

I am listening to the archived wilt segment. He stated as he has before, that all things considered he would prefer to stay in the city.
He said he toured SF 10 days ago and said fans will be very impressed by the sightlines and other amenities.
He said going to elgin and hoffman estates is a trade off, he admits you would lose a lot of city and south side fans but gain mcHenry county and northwest suburban fans. He does worry about losing the major sport image in the media by playing so far out.He mentioned how the daily herald had front page story on suburban sites where suntimes had a couple paragraphs in the end of the fire notes in the sport section.
He said any new stadium would have a roof.
