Does anyone know of or can recommend some kind of Personal Management Software? I'm not even sure if that is the correct term, but I'm looking for something like a dayplanner with extra features.

Right now I use Outlook, and its ok. I'm looking for something that preferably syncs with Palm software.

    Thanks!

Since when doesn't Outlook synch w/ Palm.

But if Outlook doesn't float your boat -- and I'm a dyed in the wool MS hater and I swear by Outlook -- then try Now Up-To-Date and Contact. It used to be the bomb on the Mac. I ran my business on it for years. Now they apparently have a x86 native version. You can download a free trial and give it a spin.

Download Sunbird from the Mozilla Project. Like FireFox and Thunderbird, it's an open source program, this time as PIM. I use to keep track of the work we're doing on our house. Once I figure out how to set it up on a server, my fiance and I are going to use it coordinate schedules.
