trolling is defined as going into a forum and posting threads with the deliberate intention of causing trouble or offending others. if someone reads a thread , how can they "troll" silently in that forum? compare this to another person reading AND replying to a thread with an inappropriate comment. the difference there is clear. reading other people's threads is not trolling. posting things in your own forum about other people is not trolling. posting things in OTHER people's forums about them IS trolling.
