These quotes are absurd considering he is the manager and he is the reason why the team is not playing compact or defending well. Unless he is giving instructions and the team is ignoring them which is another problem in itself...

 

This is the typical routine from Ancelloti after a season or two, the cracks turn into gapping issues that never get resolved and he ends up losing the league.
