Only to coach, where I think he is better suited, the youth players of Madrid which he had done before becoming the head coach of the first team.

I don't really care if this is done for the upcoming election - getting more votes & rumor that Sanz would compete with Del Bosque at his side - because Del Bosque deserves to be at the club for all the years he has given, I just agree with el prez that it shouldn't be as the head coach.

Oh my God, Perez has bought a defender and is looking for more defensive players, and now Del Bosque might come back...what pray tell will the haters have left to bítch about!?! The horror!

odd. i remember having read that del bosque turned perez down. i wish he came back, but it would be difficult to convince him, i suppose (fp: in [getting rid of] del bosqued we did'nt err; in hiring queiroz we did).

I'd love to see him back - I believe he is one of the cantera's greatest ever coaches, unless I'm mistaken - but I also have to believe that if he has any respect for himself he will not come back unless Real offer him a formal, public apology. The way he was let go was unfair and harsh to say the least, and considering that he has maintained a high level of maturity and respectability throughout, he deserves an apology before he should even consider taking the job.

I agree 100% with you, and in all his interviews that I read of him after he was let go in that despicable matter he only had support and good things to say about the club that treated him badly.

That, and his relationship to Camancho, is why it wouldn't surprise me if he came back.

Call me bitter, but if I were him, I would say "No thanks." I would continue to praise the club and I would always love those colors, but I wouldn't come back unless Florentino was gone. There is absolutely No reason why he should have been fired.

    ... that was publicly disclosed.

I too would be happy to see him back with the club. Reconciliation may bring good Karma.
