So much young talent that could light up el Tri (possibly with a stopover in Europe), that we just need a good thread for it. Not a thread for those who failed to do so. For example, besides the obvious Marco Fabian and Aquino, there's potential from guys like Candido and that kid who got a hat trick before being cut at the Olympics.
Carlos Fierro despite Chivas current shit form, Fierro has been one of the very few handful of Chivas players that's actually playing well. he tore it up with the Sub-17 NT last year and next year he will surely play an integral role in the Sub-20 NT. he does well there and I am confident his talent & skills will translate just as well to the Senior squad.
The guys who won Gold for sure. Although they won Gold, I wouldn't consider that lighting up el Tri just yet. I think 2018 will be these guys world cup as most of them should be in their prime. I still expect Vela, Gio and Guardado to light it up.
Not sure if lighting it up is the correct term but i think Mier will slide right in after Maza is phased out
There's an interesting player named Luis Madrigal in Monterrey's sub-20. Delantero with good physical presence.
I expect all of these players to be big for el tri eventually. Especially both Jona's. The corona kid from Monterrey looks good too. His height could be a big issue though.
My son. I'm 6,1 and my girlfriends side of the of the family are a bunch of corn fed country boys who are all over 6,5. So we'll have ourselves a big ass goalie. Give it 18 years. Also allow around nine months of space for error.
I still think Edson Rivera can do something if he goes to a team that will give him more PT. Same goes for Pulido.
Pulido, Espericueta, and hell, every single youth prospect should GTFO of Tigres while Tuca is in charge those guys will be warming up the bench getting scrap minutes as long as Tuca is still coaching
