Pretty tough road schedule with Virginia, West Virginia, (Illinois and Ohio State in back to back) and not sure about BYU this year. Will be nice to have Stanford at home. Should draw a good crowd.

I did not realize that Erin McNulty was back for another year. That will definitely be a big plus for goalkeeping. From press release, "welcome back All-Big Ten Second Team goalkeeper Erin McNulty (Winnipeg, Manitoba) for her final year of eligibility."

Well this sounds good to me.

We know that we have been getting the players. We need to go much deeper

Thanks for the link. Any score from the WVU/Stanford matxh? Penn State plays WVU and Pittsburgh in Morgantown next weekend.

Well the comparative scores would indicate it will be a close matchup. WVU had PSU's number for many years.

This could be our year with all this fire power. I think it's good for star recruits to get a shot. Also sometimes with players like Hayes, teammates can start standing around and watch/wait for her to do something or save them. This way they are learning to do it on their own.

Narin is just on fire. She did something in the off season because last year her 3 goals on something like 90+ shots were terrible. Weber is scary good.

Saw the recent commitment. That is the third commitment for 2014 and by all accounts it looks like it is a pretty weak class so far. Crouse has national team experience but only at the u15 level and nothing at the u17 level. Schaefer and Keen had no other accolades listed. With the scandal still in the spotlight and not going away soon should we just expect this '14 class to be a light one?
