    The list was made by the IFFHS (International Football Federation of History and Statistics. The study counted only goals scored in 1st division national leagues. There are 4 Brazilians among the Top 10 all times scorers.

    2º) Josef Bican (Áustria e Tchecoslováquia, 1931-1955) - 518 gols
    3º) Ferenc Puskás (Hungria e Espanha, 1943-1966) - 511 gols
    4º) Roberto Dinamite (Brasil e Espanha, 1971-1992) - 470 gols
    5º) Romário (Brasil, Holanda e Espanha, 1985-2003) - 461 gols
    6º) Imre Schlosser (Hungria e Áustria, 1905-1928) - 417 gols
    7º) Gyula Zsengéller (Hungria, Itália e Colômbia, 1935-1952) - 416 gols
    8º) James Edward McGrory (Escócia, 1922-1938) - 410 gols
    9º) Zico (Brasil, Itália e Japão, 1971-1994) - 406 gols
    10º) Gerhard Müller (Alemanha e EUA, 1965-1981) - 405 gols

    Amazing how some of them even played with and against each-other in careers spanning greater than 20 years... although I do really mistrust the full accuracy of the tallies. Y'know, dodgy tracking systmes and all...

    Anyway, Romario will be pissed. What with his proclamations to reach 1,000 and all. :rolleyes:
