According to Yanks Abroad, Pearce will once again start from the bench. Does it make any sense why exactly he lost his starting spot? It seems like some of the press reports had him as one of their best players early in the season. Seems slightly odd.

he was one of their better players in the first 2 games but was considered to be the worst in the 3. , away to Frankfurt and was taken out at half time.

I guess its clear to them that their lack of scoring is due to the LB position.

2-4 after 65 minutes. Great to see Pearce back in the line-up after a decent game against Brazil he deserves it. Looks like Rostock is gonna need a miracle to stay in the Bundasliga.

Amen to that. Hopefully Pearce can keep building and attract enough attention to be bought by another BL1 team at the end of this season.

Heath went 90, no mentioned in the game report from the Kicker.

Stein and Morais, two other players who have played left fullback for Hansa, didn't get off the bench.

It seems that Pagelsdorf is trying to find the best combination of players and is willing to give a few a chance.

3 Arminia goals were scored by its central forward pairing and one was an own goal by Rostock's forward Agali (off a free kick).

Bielefeld's right wing Robert Tesche (the Kicker showed them in a 4-4-2 Diamond) was substituted at half-time. Of course, the kid is 20 and is having a rough going of it so far.

But, theoretically, he was lined-up directly against Pearce.
