Couldn’t find any college info on Peetoom or Auckland. Clark was a JuCo All American as a freshman last year. He played PDL ball a year ago and I bet he ends up at a pretty good D-I school, assuming he has the grades. Bogdanov was a D-II All-American as a frosh last year. Vasquez was originally in Rongen’s U20 pool till they realized he was too old. Pickens was a PDL first team GK a year ago – look for MLS teams to be watching him.
Interesting article. Apparently the Fever played three teenagers in this game. Also, looks like they had 1,100 in the stands. Pretty impressive!
craig smart from brooklyn just graduated from columbia university. he played for the lions last season and was fourth on the team in scoring. so you can add him to the list of college players.
I'm aware that Smart went to Columbia. I track these players each week to see which players WHO STILL HAVE COLLEGE ELIGIBILITY REMAINING are doing well in the PDL. That's why I post the info on this forum. Once they're done with college ball, like Smart is, then this forum isn't really the place for them.
