If there is one thing I am sick of with Portuguese football is when the presidents of the Big 3 and the wanna-be big team (Boavista) open up their big gob and start talking about way things should be done. Shut up! Simple! SHUT THE HELL UP! PDC wants Artur Jorge as coach of the national team! God no! He's almost as bad as Oliveira and worse than Coelho! Please no! Now, as for Jorge being in charge of the FPF, thats a different story. If Jorge being in charge of the FPF gets the EURO opener in Porto, Im fine with it. I just don't want Madail there anymore. Don't forget Artur Jorge build Porto into a European Champion, later Ivic took his players and won the European Cup of Cups, and the World in Championship in 1987. He left Porto for Paris St. Germain and build the team into a championship of France. He also won a couple championships for Porto in the portuguese league, he build Porto into a powerhouse, how can you knock is coaching methods. The only failure was with Benfica and you could blame the president of Benfica instead of buying players he was buying cigars.

In the 60's soccer players that played for Academica of Coimbra most go to the University of Coimbra, that were Dr. Wilson, Rocha, Campos brothers, Artur Jorge etc graduated from. He will make a great President, and he is no fluke, he is a very smart men. Artur Jorge his no dumb, he was high scholar in A. Coimbra, and when Academica was n.2 in the portuguese league.
