Waiting for a Panamanian goal to make this game more exciting

 

Hazard should have scored on that shot a few moments ago--hit it well but straight at the keeper. He also screwed up a great chance early in the game when the Panamanian defender made a bad back pass to the keeper. Hazard intercepted the ball and seemed to lose his cool--took a quick shot from a terrible angle with the keeper running out toward him, and did nothing but hit the side of the net. Had he kept the ball for a moment or two, and maneuvered out from the end line, he might have scored.

 

Wow sounds like Belgium didn’t play anybody in qualifying lol. He just named all the teams and they were all minnows

This is the type of game that gives football a bad name. One team dominant but hasn't found a way to score. How many games do we see like this? Far too many.

the belgians will get frustrated soon. If they don't score within 5-10 minutes after HT I can see red cards coming

Why is De Bruyne not playing?

 

They should add power plays into soccer

martinez. Under Pep he is more magical than Hazard because Guardiola knows how to bring the best out of him, but under Martinez all Belgian players (even the creative ones like hazard, de bruyne and mertens) are just some names on the pitch.

 

Fellaini comes in around 60’ and starts cracking heads to shake Die Toten Rouge up.

What is Panama supposed to do? Open up and leave themselves exposed?
