Just giving a hand to our mods. MOD EDIT: Much appreciated. - Paul Calixte Hi everyone, First of all, welcome to the new posters joining us! You might have recently created an account just to get in on the World Cup excitement, or you may have already been lurking around BigSoccer and decided to finally get involved in all the banter. Either way, welcome! A general bit of advice for you, as well as a reminder for our longtime posters: we're all here for the football. With that in mind, we here are taking a zero-tolerance policy towards expressions of racism, sexism, discrimination based on sexual orientation, xenophobia, ad hominem attacks, insults (towards a group of people, countries, or fellow posters) and trolling. Infractions will get you booked - and if you ask where was your warning, this is it. If you see a fellow poster insulting you or a part of your identity (race, sex, nationality, etc.)? Don't respond in kind - REPORT IT. It is the fastest way for us mods to handle the offending posts. So, with that said, good luck to both sides, and let's enjoy! ***Mod template***

Only change compared to first game is Brozović takes over central midfield role from Modrić. Modrić plays more offensive role. Kramarić on the bench.
Croatia is well known for "giant killer", something like Mexico so Argentina should not expect an easy game. May the best team win...
My expectation is a quality game by both sides. I hope Croatia can defend top position in the group. After having watched France against Peru I don't necessarily want to meet them in the Round of 16.
Croatia - another tall team: 10 out of 11 players over 180 cm, 8 out of 11 taller than Argentina's tallest player. Plus Modric delivering the freekicks. Mark my words - 2 setpieces goals for Croatia. Argentina - again. They ignore what they are up against and decide to play their smallest players. Some balance, any balance would be appreciated. Meanwhile Argentina is playing with only two players over 180 with your tallest player 183 cm. Did the amount of goals off of setpieces not teach them anything? And what the hell is Salvio still doing in the team? He doesn't have the faintest clue how to defend. I'm sorry, but the coach seems to have lost it...
Yep. 12 years here, a gazillion posts, and I must have started three threads in total. Hate doing it. Thanks to the OP.
After seeing both squads and how they set up I believe this will be a high scoring game and might end up somewhere in the region of a 5-2 Croatia thrashing.
Modric is Croatia's smallest player. In fact he is 10 cm smaller than Croatia's second smallest player. Modric would be about average height though in this Argentina team.
