I signed up for PayPal last night as I just registered on eBay. When I registered my credit card it said I need to get my Extended Use number. What is that & why do I need it?
Me thinks you will get this when your monthly cc statement arrives, then you will need to punch in this number somewhere on paycunt s website, after which you will be able to use paycunt, I believe it is to combat fraud. p.s. www.paypalsucks.com
