If you want to play like Nedved, the trick is not the shoes. You need the Nedved mullet!

Yeah, if you're as good as he is, you can wear your hair any way you want. And geez, the definition of a mullet seems to be expanding these days. I thought it was short in the front, long in the back. His hair's in his eyes, for chrissakes. I'd call Nedved's style a "mop", if anything.

Thought a mullet was short on sides and long at top.
Kinda like u shaved the sides almost bald and then let back grow.

    Pavel has no mulet.

    Fernado Torres had the bullet.
    David Albelda has the mullet.

Pavel Nedved doesn't have a mulet.

and people say it was because of pavel nedved lost well it's not because greece shut him down all the time when he got the ball like we did to figo, zidane.

greece desevered to win this, well make it far in the world cup

According to the Juventus docs, he does not need surgery and will join the club for training on July 23, as originally planned.

WTF? You have other forums to go run around in gloating. NOW GO! THis one is about Nedved, not about Greece and the 8 men they had in the box 80% time. Go away.

That's the point; we HAVE heard about Greece going 4-1-1. Take it someplace other than the Pavel Nedved thread. Thank you.

While I was in Portugal for the Euro I was enlightened about some info regarding Pavel Nedved which I never knew in the past. Nedved is one of my favourite players as he plays for Juve (which is my fav team).

This is what I had learnt about Nedved this summer:
Everyone has a kneecap. Only 1% of the world population has a double jointed knee cap which can move from left to right. Well Pavel Nedved has a triple jointed knee cap which is only found is 0.01% of the world population. It is very rare and is why he can change direction while running without losing any speed. It's hard to explain via the PC but when someone in Portugal showed me in person using his hands as a demonstration I understood what he was talking about. Pretty cool!

So it is not in the cleats, nor the hair...it is his 0.01% gift that he has in his knees that probably no other pro has!

I saw that on a FSW report episode.

    Nothing short of amazing.....

But still takes a helluva a lot of talent to strike the ball as wonderfully as Pavel can. And his passing, is simply magnificent.

    Girly Man?????

Hmm sad, one of the best players not only of his generation, and i have ever seen, but dare i say of all time.

Unfortunately in the last two years, he missed the UCL which cud have made a great difference maybe Juve wud have had a third UCL crown.

And well we all saw this summer his injury against Greece in the semis. Granted Czechs still had enuff talent on the pitch to win, they looked smply lost wihtout, their inspirational king PAVEL NEDVED.

Had PAVEL won these two crowns he'd be cemented as one of the game's greatest ever in evryone'smind, already is in mine.

Geece are a joke, a walking talking fluke aginst spain russia czech and portugal they were second best it was the opposition falling to capitilize on easy chances that allowed greece to prosper and quote me on this none of those greek players will have any impact in there leagues as well as europe and there clubs will go back to being the easy beats in the CL group stage. :)

bullsh-it. they won. show some class and give them the proper respect. yes, all of their opponents had chances, but the # of chances they had were drastically reduced by the tremendous greek defensive scheme.

At least they take their opportunities, for example against Portugal, the first corner-kick, goal. I think Greece plays horrible football but they manage to score when they have the chance and for that I respect them. :D
