Didn't the old ******** spend years trying to make sure that Barca had a competitive squad? Why is he upset now?

What a dickhead boss. No way I would have worked 1 day more for such person.

Yeah, I think he did well with helping them register Olmo and Pau Victor.
On top of trying his best not to strengthen our squad when needed multiple transfer windows in a row.

We can’t be the only ones seeing this on RMBS. Surely there has to be a majority of Socios disgusted with the way the club has been run on a sporting level for several seasons now?

    1. The club did support him - 180 million euros of support. I think he should have stayed till the end of the season but let's not pretend he didn't get any support.

    2. So you are saying he renounced his own ideas? He abandoned his own football philosophy and ideas? In other words, HE FAILED in implementing his ideas. In what world do you think this is a defence of his character or excuses him of any accountability? I think you are being very harsh on him actually. He is a good coach but like I told you months ago he does not have the managerial skills to communicate his ideas at a big club like Madrid. Man-management skills. It's important. Communication. It's important. He will get there but he is not ready yet.

The club won 2 cl, 3 la ligas and 1 cdr in the last 7 years. Some of you have to take a chill pill.

Also, you really have to study the process how socios can oust the club president, it's not as easy as you think.

JFD on why Xabi was "sacked" (he first reported that he quit)

    - Trust was broken since the match vs Celta
    - Xabi didn't want Pintus as part of his team
    - My favorite: “Tense moments with Simeone and Flick, showing signs of nervousness amidst so much pressure [vs Atletico and Barcelona]”

El Larguero is about to begin. I am sure we will learn more about Xabi's decision soon.

Yeah. There has to be a 10% default on calling a referendum to start a vote of no confidence etc etc. already looked it up and it’s not out of the realms of possibility that there is already a movement. People are getting tired with how the club is run on a sporting level. They’re on very thin ice.

And we won those trophies because we had the GOAT covering Perez and co sack of shit management. Not because Perez gave us gold.

Not sure I can agree with that. Club can’t go in and micromanage what is a personnel issue. Disciplinary action must come from the manager, otherwise there is no authority for the manager.

Club should have said “not sure if you want to deal with this with a gentle warning or something more, but if you feel you need to fine him or suspend him, you will have our support for that”.

I would expect a big club to have a disciplinary handbook showing what the expected conduct is, and a range of sanctions if that is breached.

Funny you say that. It was Carlo who offered himself to Madrid. Rest is history. Thank god he did because Perez wouldn’t have looked twice at him otherwise.

Xabi had done a moronic decision of removing a red hot Vini from the pitch vs Barca which had exacerbated the downward spiral. That was incredibly inept and an obvious example that he wasn't managing things properly. I don't think he is remotely blameless - but he was going to fail no matter what.
Somehow Zidane / Carlo and the veterans did miracle worl carrying the team way past its expiry date while the junior players developed overinflated egos that were never deserved. This is not a team with quality or that has lived the attrition necessary to win titles.

It kind of feels like those rich teenagers complaining and rebelling against their daddies even though daddy is paying for their tennis lessons and dolce gabbana handbag and giving them the best years of their lives.

    Florentino is their Daddy.

Another factor is that the guys from the old guard still played their hearts out and served as an example for the younger guys.
Ok then who is this perfect coach that's capable of turning this group of players into the best team in Europe? Does he even exist? Because it seems to me that you (plural) do not want to face the reality that many of these players aren't the world beaters they're made out to be and a simple change in the head coach department won't fix this.

Florentino lost the plot with the Superleague nonsence, his fued with PSG boss,UEFA ,spanish referre etc ,he became obsessed with changing european football and forgot about the real important thing keeping Real Madrid competetive .

Getting Mbappe was more a F U to PSG than a signing that the club needed

It is pretty embarassing for him that he allowed a broke Barcelona team who relies on academy players to become so much better than Real Madrid and literaly dominating spanish football right now....this smells like back to back domestic trebels for Yamal,Pedri and co ...and if nothing changes how can we stop them from winning again next year.....no idea

It is all about power and galactico bullshit for him right now ,he lost the plot

If you said that Florentino is the players' daddy and they can do no wrong because daddy is always on their side you'd be right.
