Well how else will these guys pour their own personal frustrations onto their sports team?

They need these tweets that confirm those biases so they can continue to show their even more petulant, selfish and horrendous in character then the athletes and managers they're castigating.

You know this doesn't even qualify as hearsay. It's entirely made up bs.

    Hm.

The players lied to Xabi that they will follow his instructions.
The president lied to Xabi that he will give him the tools to succeed.
The club lied to Xabi that they will support him.

    If we're talking about lying.

We approached the matches like that because the players were incapable of playing the way Xabi wanted them to, so he went with the simplest approach that would yield the least risk. Its what anyone would have done in that situation.

Xabi isn't some sacrificial perfect lamb here. This isnt some grand conspiracy/ultimate betrayal. Failure has been at multiple levels. I don think Xabi is the most culpable. It starts with thebboard. But Xabi didnt help much either and I sae this coming from a mile away...

In the 4-1 loss two days ago, Arbeloa played his LB at RB and kept Fortea on the bench :)

Imagine if Thibaut, Bellingham, or someone else with some balls had the conviction to grab Mbappe and physically drag him to the guard of honor to lose with dignity and respect the manager. That's the kind of leadership the squad desperately needs.

Same. Jude just strikes me as a guy who will play anywhere and wants to win, I don’t think he’s too fussed who the coach is.

Should be Fede to be honest. I don't know why everyone expects Jude to be the boss all of a sudden.

For what’s it worth, I couldn’t be happier.

Can’t stand these “system” coaches that act like their tactics are a cheat code to glory.

BUT and this is a big but… because who do we replace him with long term. I don’t see a clear path forward given the limitations of the squad and the attitude of some of the players.

I posted about it earlier, a lot of things are giving me Galactico 2.0 vibes and that ship is hard to turn around.

I'm extremely disappointed. After his appointment and the Clasico win I thought this was the start of a new era for the club. Can't believe everything unraveled so quickly.

Xabi should have got until the end of the season. Not that he's blameless in this, but the board and the players are the main culprits. I hope he gets more support at his next club.

I'd really like to know what happened in the dressing room in the last couple of months. Things must have got very bad.

They can sack Alonso and pay him off but can’t buy a midfielders (Neves) in January

    Club stinks.

I'm not for or against Pintus, but we are riddled with injuries with or without him.

This club keeps reaching new lows every week.
Pardon me for not wanting to see my club turn into Manchester United 2.0, I guess. Some of you have a really bad habit of shooting the messenger.

I mentioned Jude because the tweet specified him as one of three who came in support of Xabi to the club, but apparently only behind the scenes for the most part. Beyond that though, Jude sometimes presents himself as someone capable of something like that, and it's easier to do things like that when you are a (virtually) undisputed starter.

This team isn't going to do much, same issues as last season. The board needs to properly address the defense issues and we need a playmaking mid who can connect the lines. Until those things are addressed it's just going to be a circus.

Bellingham is a million miles away from being that guy, and Tibo is more of a loud mouth than a leader.

I didn’t watch the game, but where’s Carvajal in those instances? Club captain and you don’t hear a peep from him this season.

    My stance exactly

His rehiring is a proverbial anesthetic from the board
and a deflection from their piss poor choices and planning.

The same applies to the "rehiring" of Dr. Mihic who in reality, stayed in charge even after quiting over the handling of the injuries to Jude and Arda.

Honestly, this comes from the top. No different from when they didn't show up to the Balon D'or presentation. With that said, if that video is all what people are saying, Xabi has to be much stronger there.

Needed both, really. Club should have suspended Vini for one match for "violating club policies" while emphasizing Xabi had no say in the decision.

Galactic 1.0 vibes. Moronic decision to replace Xabi with Arbeloa and pathetic move by the club.
