Hopefully the end result is the same. Florentino walking out. Legendary President. But he's really bottling it now.

I can understand people feeling frustrated right now but we have "fans" on here literally wishing for the club to fail even further. Hoping we "lose the CL and the league etc". Saying "I am done with the club"

These are direct quotes that I can fish out if you want. It's pathetic and you know it.

We are a stupidly ran club. Period.

Firing Ancelotti last year after not reinforcing the team to make him a scapegoat was already moronic enough... not even supporting Xabi, leaking to create pressure then firing him mid-season is even worse.

This club has been ran to shit the last years and only was winning due to the manager some morons on here called "tactically inept" and skill players (Vinicius, Rodrygo) coming up with absolute moments of brilliance which the morons in here want offloaded with the quickness.

I do not think it is possible to be less nervous than Don Carlo. The guy was the epitome of relaxed.

Makes me respect Carlo so bloody much.

He was never supported the way ZZ or Xabi were. The team was stripped to its bare bones and he was told to work with what he has. He was sacked after every game yet he won multiple trophies with us and the player loved him.

Xabi left to preserve his own legacy. The narrative is now that he wasn't supported or there was player mutiny. Yet for the last couple of months most if not all our players came out in support of him. The players ran their socks off. Last season when the hierarchy threatened to sack Carlo through the media, the players didn't run for him the way they ran for Xabi.

It's Perez but through JAS... all of this is JAS. It's on Florentino because he us putting ultimate confidence in JAS over everyone else.

Since JAS influence has grown we have been ran into the ground.

I'm also taken aback at people being surprised. For better or worse, this is how Madrid operates. We buy players for the club, not for a specific coach or system. We hire managers and if they don't improve things quickly, we sack them and bring in the next one. There is no talk of reset, of different project, of transition, of wait a few years. It's always we need to compete now, not tomorrow. Either get the best out of what you got or get gone.

It isn't everyone's cup of tea, but historically that is our modus operandi to great effect.

They can both ******** off. Perez hasn’t got the balls to straight up tell people anymore. He’s done.

And the 70 year old imbeciles can follow them that are on the board too.

Yeah because he’s the GOAT that papered cover cracks, hence why the president doesn’t see anything wrong.

    Deluded.

So that we could get another Calderon.....

If Arbeloa is anything like he was as a player, RMTV will have a brilliant ally.

No one's looking for a new team, simply need a break from football. It's becoming really mentally draining with the current management/direction the club is headed in. Less football and more corporate.

Imagine if the Club had respected the few very simple requests Carlo had. Carlo was experienced enough to not ask for too much so his only requests were dont let Nacho or Joselu leave and sign a CM to replace Kroos. The club did none of that. Then in the summer went out and bought THREE defenders, one bought out of his contract with a month to spare and have been tracking multiple CMs.

The clubs biggest mistake was not supporting Carlo. Someone who wouldn't go to war with the club and whom the players loved. Yes the last season was not ideal but he deserved another season.

Anyways let's see how the next coach fares. For good or bad the spotlight will now be on the players. I haven't watched Castilla so cant comment on Arbeloas preferred tactics from my understanding he prefers using a 433

Honestly. It’s absolutely bullshit the management are now a cancer.

Heck, fast forward and see what Xabi asked for in the summer. A DAMN MIDFIELDER! He was rejected that too. It’s absolutely atrocious.

If rumours are to be believed that Xabi wanted a specific player (Zubimendi) then he was asking the club to perform miracles given he had already pretty much signed for Arsenal. Fact of the matter is that Xabi was supported, considerably more than the more experienced Carlo to boot. I mean we went and bought Franco per his request.

I believe the rumours now. He asked for a midfielder who controlled the play. We got ********ing zero.

We got Perez telling him that those guys are already here in Camavinga, Jude, Guler (lol) and Dani when none of them are that type of player.

We’ve got Jude playing as 6 ffs last night because Camavinga couldn’t follow a ********ing map.

I agree that we need a midfielder. Think we all do but the club DID support him, much more than the guy before him who was asked to work with what he had. When we lost Benzema he was told to work with what he has. He went and turned Jude into a balon dor candidate. Arda was that pet project for Xabi. Though he couldn't give him what Jude had given Carlo the season before.
