Metro sent out a "Special Parking Pass Offer" today, which offers a pass for $127 throughout the course of the year.

Now...to my question. Is this pass only good for Metro games? Will Gold Cup + the Man U games be included?

Normally I'm at the stadium before they even get to charge me, however if this pass is good for events where they will be charging 15-20 bucks to park...I may go after it.

On a side note...anyone else feel like MFO is warming up to GS a little too much? 1.Offering tickets to events that arn't even funding Metro. 2.Offering parking passes, when really that piece of paper they send out should be used to explain how much money doesn't go to Metro over the course of a season. And if they had their own stadium...that money would go to them.

Here's the deal...dont bother supporting the NJSEA....they're a horrible organization full of corruption, politics, etc.....

Personally, I do all I can to not support them....(I happen to work at the meadowlands, not for them, and I see what goes on behind the scenes to a certain extent)

Whenever going into an event at the meadowlands, go into an entrance by the racetrack, you'll pay the money, and get a voucher. Then take a 5 minute walk into the track building, get you're money back (minus $1) and proceed to the stadium.

Oh, and I dont advise anyone to purchase ANYTHING from concessions at any of the meadowlands facilities....its horribly filthy. Pretzels are sold that are over a year old, things are very dirty. The places are rat infested, the cooks dont wash their hands. The best thing to get is a drink....or something like a candy bar or chips....cuz the food that they make or even heat up is terribly unsanitary. Dont even get me started on the Terraces or Pegasus restaurants at the track....

Although this has nothing to do with a "Parking Pass", it astonishes me that at every Metro game many people will plunk down $20 of their hard earned money on stale beer, flat soda, disgusting pretzels and a couple of smelly hot dogs.

Funny thing is...If that money went to Metro...I wouldn't mind getting a year old pretzel. I walk into that place knowing I won't spend a single dime.
