there is no need to pay more than $1 for parking at gs. the track is your friend.

Or you could just get there early and pay nothing like I do every time. Plus, it gives me time to get the grill fired up and digest my hot dogs before I start kicking the ball around the parking lot. :D

cant we just say we're going to the fair and get $3 parking anyway? i know i know, if im going to all that trouble , i might as well park at the racetrack. how exactly does the racetrack parking work anyway? is it a long walk?

when you pay your $10 (non fair days) to park, tell the attendant you are going to the track. they will give you a voucher. drive 2 mins to the track. pay $1 to enter. at top of the ramp, you get your $10 back from the parking refund desk. walk back to your car and drive 2 mins to your parking lot of choice. every once in a while, one of the attendants asks if i'm really going to the track and i say "yes, i have a hot tip for the 5th race." or something similar.
