The goal Park Ji-Sung scored against Portugal became the Best Goal of 2002 by internet voting from KFA website. Park chest controlled the pass from Lee Young-Pyo in mid-air and dommied past Conceicao, the Portugese defender, with his right foot then fired home the goal with his left in half-volley. The goal reminds of fantastic goal scored by Bergkamp in 98' against Argentina. The goal was above being just a scoreline but it reached the state of art; you can feel the delicate ball control in every move Park Ji-Sung made when shown in slow motion. It was a special goal that imprinted itself in World Cup history. Certainly a fantastic goal and deservedly the Best Korean Goal of 2002 chosen by Korean fans. GOOD LUCK GOOD LUCK GOOD LUCK to Park Ji-Sung in PSV Eindhoven with Hiddink!!!! You will never walk alone.
Hopefully Park won't get more injuries on today's Emperor's Cup final in Japan. Be careful Ji-Sung-a...
Park Ji-Sung scores an equlizer as Kyoto takes the club's first ever Emperors Cup in Japan. This is Park's last game for his club. Very suiting way to go away.
I can see how this reminds you of Berkamp's goal in 98, this was quite a great goal. But I put Bergkamps above this just because he cleanly trapped a 40-50m pass with the outside of his foot............ Still, they are both big goals! And besides, he beat those blasted @$#@%#@$@#@#@ Kashima Antlers!
I heard about the Bergkamp goal with respect to Park's goal, does anyone know where I can find a clip?
