Really end to end stuff but BM is winning the midfield war with United limited to counter attacks. A tactical shift might be necessary soon.
Maybe saving energy for the Chelsea match? Park seems invisible, probably because Lahm isn't getting much action either.
JSP's making runs forward into good positions. Nearly got put through on that incident where rooney fell over and setup Carrick for that blocked shot. He should be looking for his own shot within the box though.
Actually I said I would moderate this shithole if Korea made it out of the group stage in the '07 Asian Cup. I never said for how long though...
This is a good game for the neutral. Both sides look good. Park hasn't seen much of the ball. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets subbed out for Valencia.
The score might 0-1 to ManU, but Bayern are looking the more likely IMHO. Other than a few good balls (from the flank mind)it looks like ManU is under control and focusing on keeping BM back. The centre is being owned by BM and if Robben was there it'd be almost certain that they'd be dominating the flanks through overloading the defence. ManU lead, but it's an open game
I'd pull out Carrick for Valencia and play PJS behind Rooney. Or they could try and play with this formation but give the ball to Park and Evra more.
Massive BM pressure at the start of the second half .. several half-chances and corners in a sprint start
BM are just dominating, there's no MU player that doesn't go at least harried if not double teamed. Even Van der Sar's being closed down with energy. Nani's getting triple teamed to good effect too. In contrast MU aren't pressuring anywhere as well and BM are getting to the final third with ease .. a few better deliveries and BM would have the lead. MU's backline is still holding. A counter attack is the only way that MU will get anywhere near scoring in open play.
