Just an update on his current status:

He missed 3 matches since the Chelsea game, then there was a news of a hamstring injury that was supposed to subsist for a few days. Now it has been revealed that his injury would keep him out of action for around 2 weeks , which puts a cloud over his availability for the KNT's WCQ away match in Iran in early February.-

    West Brom v Man Utd
Venue: The Hawthorns Date: Tuesday, 27 January Kick-off: 1945 GMT

Although statQuo already posted Manchester United's team sheet thought it be good to post full team sheets for both teams, especially since Kim Do-hyeon is on bench for the hosts. Lets hope Kim Do-hyeon gets an opportunity at some point in the game to come on and get a the 3rd attacking point in a row in as many games.

Park Ji-sung in fact gave an interview to a Korean journalist last week saying his injury wasnt too serious. Thought people knew. Still, lets hope it hasnt affected his form and instead served to re-energise after a grueling period of successive matches...which will be followed by another grueling period of football schedule again around the world for him.

    West Brom

Park Ji-sung shot on goal, left footed shot on the turn, straight to the goalie.

Simpson on loan from Arsenal looks quite good, partnering Fortune who is also on loan, from Nancy.

Neville made a mistake early on to let Simpson take the ball from him leading to a goal scoring chance just outside the 18 yard box. Shot off target.

Park Ji-sung earlier effort was from the right of the goal several feet inside the 18 yard box.

Robinson straight red for his dangerous play against ParK Ji-sung. Both chasing for the ball in ManU's half, Park Ji-sung got to the ball first well in advance by sliding, Robison decides to slid in even though Park Ji-sung Pretty much already had the ball.

Robinson slid fast and hard with both feet in to Park Ji-sung's side.

Tevez scores the 2nd goal for ManU (43min) (first goal by Berbatov 21min).

Corner kick, goalie catches it but has he lands on his feet the ball slips off his hands to drop gently right in front of Tevez, who is standing 2 feet infront of goal. Tevez just needto put his foot to it.

Carson gift wrapped that goal to ManU.

    West Brom 0-2 ManU HT

Park Ji-sung getting booed by some of the West Brom fans. He looks to be able to play, probably have some bruises down his side to show for it in the morning. It did look painful, but perhaps it struck muscle rather than any bones.

if you watch the replay, as Robinson slides in and hits Park Ji-sung, the force of the impact causes both of them to travel about 3 feet...

however the Korean commentators are pretty calm about it, saying at a certain camera angle it looks as if Robison was going soley for the ball.

Giggs having a good game. Kudos to him. He still has the pace, very fast, but only for short bursts and much less frequently.

NEville gives away a free kick. Slap bang in the middle just outside the 18 yard.

freekick struck hard by Brunt but a foot over the bar. Kim Du-hyeon could have done better perhaps.

less than a minute later Berbatovs goal is ruled well offsied, but again it the disallowed goal started from Carricks pass. Those two are developing an understanding. 1st goal was also from Carricks pass.

Park Ji-sung does a 마르세유 턴 in the box to get away from 2 defenders...leads to a corner.

Giggs takes the resultant corner and Vidic scores.

    0-3

PArk Ji-sung recieves a yellow for shouldering down a West Brom player well inside ManU's half. Thought it was a good defending but given a yellow. They were running should to shoulder. He shrugs it off with a wry smile.
